Let the light In

In the depths of the pandemic lockdown, when emotions ran high like tidal waves, emerged “Let the Light In,” my eighth book and sixth poetry collection. This heartfelt volume explores the challenges of love, loss, depression, and even the darkest thoughts of suicide during a world-altering crisis. Yet, within the raw vulnerability lies a powerful undercurrent of hope.

As a resident of Hammersmith, I poured my experiences into 80 poems, each one a passage through the storm. You’ll find reflections on family losses, the sting of sadness, and the resilience of the human spirit. More than a chronicle of hardship, “Let the Light In” is a hopeful love letter to life, a testament to the strength we discover when we choose to see the light even in the darkest of times.
